The parts list section is just over 20 pages in length, and is vividly clear and easy to read as are all of its 52 pages. Absolutely no characters of this 63-year old publication are obliterated in any way. The pages are all that typical tan color as you see in the photos for this offering.

Comparing this document with the current Operator's Manual -- The DIR 276 IPL was the basic guide for all on-farm maintenance activity plus a few more goodies. Generally, this document and the current OM-R2011 Operator's Manual are designed for the same purpose and have very much in common.
However, in this manual but not in the OM-R2011 are (1) Where to install engine oil and transmission oil, (2) Transmission oil level check, (3) Carburetor float level adjustment, (4) Crankshaft endplay adjustment, (5) Service data for rings & valves, (6) Rear axle bearing load procedure, (7) Differential endplay adjustment, and (8) Complete parts listing by area of the tractor. Shop service manuals currently in print do not treat these items well either.
